October 20, 2016Today John Eplee was able to attend an all day seminar as a school board member at KASB offices about School Finance & Advocacy. It was an interesting narrative about our state tax policy and budget. Several lobbyists and former legislators gave presentations. Dr Eplee feels well prepared to move forward with the task at hand in the next legislative session to rewrite a new sustainable school finance formula if given the opportunity to serve.
